  2. Hey Russ. Remembered my request for the poll on the Avs setting a new NHL record season, so wanted to make a valid case why I think they're more than able to do it.

    I compared the stats of their season with Boston's after 39 games played (Avs have 30 wins after beating Blues on New Year's Eve). As of now, Avs are on a really good trajectory to do so as they have 67 points, whereas Bruins had 66 by that point in their season. No question Avs are in a really good place, especially since they've won 9x straight.

    But I will say that if they do end up setting the new record, win the President's Trophy, then get knocked out in the first round, I firmly believe a campaign will be launched in future generations to have it removed entirely, for the sole purpose of ensuring the curse will be broken once and for all.😂
