18. Just wanna let you guys know: Screwbaugh went 44-45 with one playoff appearance from 2103 to game ten of 2018 when LJ8 became his starting qb. Since… the Ravens have been 86-47, with LJ8 being 76-31.
    He is 10-16 from the start of 2018 to today when LJ8 didn't play, either due to injury or being Flacco's backup. To sum this up, for 5.5 seasons after Ray & Ed… and before LJ8… and when LJ8 didn't play but was on the team… Screwbaugh was a loser at 54 – 61!!

    Moreover, Screwbaugh was getting fired at the end of 2018, but fortunately for Screwbaugh, Flacco got a neck injury that put LJ8 on the field, and the Ravens went from 4-5 to 6-1, won the North, and made the playoffs for the first time since 2014. Flacco's neck injury putting LJ8 on the field made the Ravens a winner since 2018… not Screwbaugh. And… Screwbaugh came into an existing, winning culture and organization, stacked with great talent and Hall of Famers that was having locker room issues. He did straighten that out, though, and if that's all you care about, I guess he is your guy!

    He's not a play caller on either side of the ball, and is overwhelmingly resistant to intervene in games or hold failure to account.
    I don't know y'all's roster, but if you don't have some great players… I mean GREAT… not just really good… Screwbaugh won't win 4 ya…

21. Let's get one thing straighten out once and for all. As GM – It is NOT Joe Schoen's Job to win, But to produce the talent to win. It is the Coach's job to use the talent to win. Joe Schoen did his job. Brian Daboll did not. That is why Schoen stays and Daboll had to go. From where everything stands right now – The Giants could easily be a John Harbaugh hiring away from winning. He knows how to use talent to win.
