  1. The only time these get posted is by a team coping post loss. Literally never says a team “deserved” to win a blowout game.

  2. This is a great example why this metric is worthless.

It heavily overvalues SOG, so any time you outshoot an opponent and lose, it’ll look like this.

  3. As Wayne Gretzky said, “you miss 100% of the 44 shots you do take.” Or something like that, I’m paraphrasing.

  4. I deserve a 10/10 blonde bombshell with DD tits but that’s not how life panned out so you know what I did , I fired the GM

  5. This cant be real! Only a millenial or gen zer could have posted this. As someone already said, they deserve 0. You have to earn it, and in order to ear in you have to pay the price both physically and emotionally. There was zero physicality and zero emotion. This team is dead inside. My opinion honestly is the more these players make the less they feel inclined to perform beyond their limits knowing they already have everything they ever dreamed of. Time for reckoning and meritocracy. You get paid a lower salary and awarded for games played and performance. Overall the product would be better. Bonus structure should be 50% of overall comp possibly paid as a draw or in escrow.

  6. Ok fine I will comment a little.

I’m not trying to make an argument one way or another about whether there’s some moral victory they should get credit for…admittedly I didn’t watch and was asleep before the first period was over.

But taking the fan glasses off for a minute the outcome is kind of an incredible statistical anomaly. Marky was SO bad, Sorokin was SO good. I’m simply impressed by how wild the outcome is given what “should” have happened statistically speaking.

If nothing else, the boys keep it interesting!

  7. When you can’t score, you can’t win! I don’t advanced metrics to tell me that!
