Its entirely because he had a competent partner that complimented his play style

Fraser Minten might one day be an everyday, competent 3C, and Boston may draft a future top 4 D with the 1st rounder, but that’s a small pittance for a guy who can make Mo Rielly look good

If he can just find a way to be consistent the Leafs still have a real chance
