Sorry if this was posted before or is already known. Anyway, I’ll say it’s disappointing to see Rob not work out with the Timberwolves, but I hope he does better on another team.

What could we get
Keon Ellis come on down
It’s not the end until he gets traded.
Don’t we still need a PG with Conley likely retiring. Let buddy take this gut punch like a man and hopefully it shifts his fun havin ass a wake up call. Last season, the guys around him failed to hit the dimes he was providing them with. He had energy and scored the ball in his style. This season, he’s playing like minnott, just trying to get the coaches approval instead of just playing his game. Maybe social media got to him but idk, maybe he should have stayed in college for 2 more years and built a better frame suitable for the NBA. Could this be what Dilly needs or is it bye bye and good riddance? He was expensive.
Does anyone even want him though?
AWOOOOO!!!!
I just hope he goes to a good home if it comes to pass😢
Connely draft pick have been so ass
i honestly think ball handling and facilitating wouldnt be our problem moving forward. we have offensive firepower in ant, ju, and naz.. and there are plenty of point guards putting their talents in the g league/2w. if anything, a playmaker scorer with passable defense would be something we should keep our eye on (that is aside from a serviceable big). rob should be on the trade block for a good bakcup big. + pickup a guy like daniss jenkins/ ryan nembhard for pg
He needs to be a technician and de-complicate his shot or he has no chance. Someone will try to fix him.
Go be great in Chicago
I can’t imagine the return for him would be anything other than maybe mediocre picks from a team not looking to win now like Portland that can afford to take a flyer on a guard. His salary doesn’t work to get anyone established.
Wish the guy all the best but I would be willing to bet he’ll be putting up 25 and 12 in Europe or China within a few years. He’s just too small for the NBA and doesn’t have anywhere near the elite level of skill needed to make up for that.
I like Rob but for people that shout for his development, its too far gone. Its not like NBA players don’t put in mad work outside of games. If he can’t perform well in the game, he can’t get extended minutes just to let him play. Finch isn’t crazy for not letting him do that. The thing is, he can’t be traded for much, since other teams know this too. Maybe the stupid Kings office will trade him for Keon Ellis haha. JK but i still think we need a cheap, defensive, pass-first PG who doesnt start on other teams.
so many twitter comments blaming finch for rob sucking haha. rob is going to be the next bag twitter player that these guys fixate on and won’t admit isn’t good.
notable others are cam reddish and dlo
Another Kwesi Connely pick
take off the dreadlocks and maybe he’ll be better.
The great “play Rob” whiners era is almost fucking over. I cannot fucking wait!
If he is gone that would make him the biggest mistake in Tim Connelly era, considering we also traded lot if first to the the spurs
he came to the worst situation, so raw and clearly needs minutes to figure it out. gotta wonder what our gm was thinking
Rob Dillingham changed agents not too long ago. I’m willing to bet he no longer wants to be in Minnesota and has privately requested a trade, and Tim Connelly is more than willing to accommodate.
It’s clear Chris Finch doesn’t like Rob’s lack of polish running the offense and his shooting inefficiency so he doesn’t play him. In turn, Dillingham resents Finch for not giving him the opportunites he needs to develop nor the greenlight to play freely as the score-first point guard he was at Kentucky.
You can tell by the way Finch complains to his assistant coaches when Rob is on the court to know that there’s some animosity there. Dillingham’s lack of engagement with his teammates and his effort a couple games ago is a sign that he’s mentally checked out. It’s best for both sides to move on at this point.
Luka you are a Timberwolf
Mistake
Another bad Kwesi pick /s
Quentin Grimes
Keon Ellis
Gary Harris
Terence Mann
Josh Green
Royce O’Neale
Rob isn’t untouchable??

Too bad he has sucked – everyone was pulling for him. Bust
