5. I’ve been Atlanta Falcons fan for 30+ years. This was the first year that I didn’t even care for watching the games didn’t even bother to attend a game this year, overly disappointed in the culture that Atlanta Falcons have.

6. Arthur Blank is a good owner. I have been frustrated in the past with how long it takes him to make hard decisions but I can see he's learnt from that based on his responses. It's refreshing to see that we are good from an ownership standpoint so we can focus the attention in other areas to build a sustainable winning culture. Stop asking about the Kirk Cousins/Michael Penix situation. That was another proof that the owner is committed to winning. Easy to say it didn't work out with hindsight, but it was the right thing to do at the time.

7. I wish he had hired Bill B instead of Raheem. That said Raheem could have had 1 more year, you hired a coach who was learning on the job the outcome we got should have been expected

You made some hard yet correct decisions to move on from Raheem and Terry, I can't stress the importance of only letting loyalty go so far and embrace the performance base nature of this business.
