  1. Trae is overrated, can't guard anyone and has to have the ball too much. Figures the Wizards would grab him what a shyt organization

  2. Nickeil Alexander Walker has 7 thirty point games and 15 games with 20+ being 6’6 and a 6’10 wingspan shooting 40 percent from the 3 with elite defense he can be the Atlanta hawks cornerstone point guard !

  3. its no huge gamble unless they extend for crazy amount. Trae has one year left on his contract, if it doesn't work out then oh well. Wizards didn't give up any draft picks, and they have cap space to spend anyway. and CJ is already old player. it's only a gamble if they actually resign him longterm for a max.

  4. Washington has already started lying about his injuries he has already missed 7 games with a bruise. This is what’s wrong with the NBA!! Something has to be done to the extreme to stop this

  5. I think you are underestimating McCollum's potential contribution. The Hawks get discombobulated on offense pretty easily. They desperately need a pg, one who isn't a liability on defense. They now have one. The Hawks just got instantly better. I hope they don't deal for A Davis. I think they are good just where they are

  6. I promise no winning team wanted to gut their roster to take on that overpaid contract and defensive illness to their team. It's funny how value works because if Trae Young was on a more "modest" 20 or 25m dollar deal, probably would have gotten a better deal here. The hawks may have been able to convince a contending team to throw together a couple picks with salary dump contracts to give themselves one of the best passers in the league. I think what he can give your team offensively he is worth that much realistically. If you're being paid in the 45m+ range, you better be elite on both ends, lol. The defensive side of it all really kills any value this contract holds.
