  3. Harry Ford: Garver is gone, so I bet they try to give Ford 40-ish starts at catcher. Then he’ll mix in at DH for perhaps 40-50 games (hopefully Polanco returns as primary DH). If he’s hitting well, then you have to find more ABs somewhere.

    It’d be nice if he could learn 1B and backup there too. He reportedly didn’t look good last season in his OF opportunities.

  6. Via cbs Mariners gm already said a week ago he's giving COLT emerson plenty of runway to win a starting job in spring training and him and jp can play together if Eugenia suarez doesn't sign and he can play 2b. Sounds like that's what the mariners gm is rooting for.

  12. You guys no baseball better than me. But Felnin needs to redo his swing. He is so bent at the waste. It’s like an all arm swing. He doesn’t have that rotational power like most guys.
