  1. Probably a last resort to try and get a decent offer.

After posting a horrendous 2025 season, and being a free agent.

Either he will be out of the MLB now, or will get a league minimum offer.

  2. whoever is dealing him his stuff he needs to ask for his money back, cause it ain’t working.

  3. Scrolling through MLB and NBA on my home feed simultaneously and sometimes I mistake what subreddit a post is coming from. Took me wayyy to long to realize that this wasn’t about Maxi Kleber

  4. Star? I had to ask my 10 year old, mlb the show obsessed son who he was and he barely knew

  5. Ahhhh Guardians are going to add this 17th lefty gem to their OF now that he has fallen into their price range. League minimum.

  6. Why can he not play in the postseason even after serving his 80 game suspension?

Is this just bonus punishment for the team he’s on or whatever team may trade for/sign him?

I know it’s part of the rule but why are they suspended for x amount of games and ineligible for postseason play?

Just make it a full regular season and same year postseason ban at that point.

Serve your suspension and you’re good to come back bro, help your team make a playoff run. Sorry dude you can’t participate in playoffs because you juiced. Then why the fuck could he play the second half of the year?

  7. This is the first time I have seen someone take PEDs and still be trash. I literally don’t know anybody else who’s like this

  8. Judging by the diversity of the flair of all these comments here, everyone knows him well enough to call out the bad headline 😂

  9. How does the suspension work if he doesn’t sign with a team? Do games still get reduced if the season starts and he is unsigned? Or do games only start counting once/if he signs a contract?

    Edit: found an answer

    > As part of a negotiated settlement with the league, Kepler does not technically need to sign before his suspension begins. He will receive credit against his 80-game penalty through games played by the Phillies if he is not on a team before the season, a source with knowledge of the situation said.
