How do we feel about this?

  1. Daniel Jones at 8, over Burrow at 10 and Mahomes at 12 says all we need to know about the list. Having Jayden Daniels at 28 is also wild. I don’t mind Dart having to show it in year 2 though.

  2. Seemed low off initial thoughts, but figure he’s young and room to grow.  Then i looked At the list and realized… there are a ton of good QBs in the league right now.

Before Dart is Bo Nix, CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, Tyler Shough.

All young.  Nix played great.  CJ regressed. It has high ceiling. Bryce had a great bounce back.

I think I’d take Dart over Shough, but meh.

  3. I mean, they’re also saying Dart’s play style hasn’t changed when it did. He’s sliding and running out of bounds so much more than he was early on.

  4. It’s funny because I was tracking his stats most of the year and he was like top 15-10 in QBR and rating most of the year, but in that Minnesota game, he had a 27 rating which dropped him to 18 overall. He would have had 13th highest rating if you factor that out. I think that game kinda tanked his stats a bit.

  5. You can tell some of these writers have never watched the giants. They just listen to the headlines

Like not even saying the ranking is right or wrong, but the weird media hysteria over him scrambling is all some of these writers even know about him. No analysis of what he did well or poorly, just regurgitating media headlines about Daboll and Dart’s concussions

  6. “He doesn’t protect himself enough and is careless” give me a fucking break. They’re punishing him over one fucking concussion this season. He should be around 15

  7. On no planet should Shough be ranked ahead of him when Dart was better. 24 TDs vs 13 TDs. I don’t know what the media’s fascination is with a 26-year-old rizzless rookie with no aura. Maybe they like old boring guys cause they are old boring guys.

You can tell this guy watched zero Giants games. But other than that, being around Shroud, Nix, and Young as a first-year rookie is fine. He was the best rookie QB.

I get that this was just based on 2025, but seeing Daniels all the way down at #28 is something you never would have thought.

  8. Stat watchers opinions dont matter. He absolutely obliterated the eye test. And Harbs is gonna see that.

  9. I don’t give a fuck about meaningless lists. I just hope the Giants can surround this kid with meaningful talent and we can put together some fun, watchable seasons. I feel left out of the playoffs right now and I think we can make a run soon with how weak the division looks.

  10. The article is so dumb. “Seat of his pants” play style.. the dude reads the field great and is super accurate throwing on and off platform. He threw to nobodies basically all year. If he had Nabers a full season they would have won 3-4 more games and their stats together would have been nuts. I don’t think this guy watches Giants football bc he had arguably the worst supporting cast when you factor in Nabers, Skatebo, AT and Slayton injuries and he still was above average to good every game except for two (MIN, NO) as a rookie. Get real, dude will be a top ten QB in 1-2 years

  11. As if rankings had ever mattered, but are people really upset he is this low? After all the QB play we’ve seen this decade, I’m happy to have someone this high after their rookie year.

  12. That was 100% written by AI. How the hell is a professional sports writer going to start the first 2 sentences of their writeup with the same pronoun?

Dart has talent. Dart plays with vigor. Dart is good. Dart is strong.

This is how my fuckin dog would write about sports.
