  4. Queta went from a raw 3rd string center to absolutely essential for the Celtics. Knows his job, does it well, doesn't try to do anything extra.

    He's a fine player, and he had a good game, but I'm not sure what Hauser has done to earn a starting spot ahead of Walsh, other than satisfy Mazzulla's obsession with taking as many 3s as possible.

  6. When the Celts acquired Anfernee Simons in the offseason, I thought "Good player, strong scorer. He's no Tatum, but on this team, with all those star players gone, he's going to take the second most shots on this team after Brown". I thought this guy would score 22-26 points per game. Then, surprisingly, they put him on the bench, and he's not even used as a secret weapon off the bench. He's getting average bench minutes. His shots taken per game is low, and he often scores 10-14 points because he's take so few points. This guy has the ability to score 25 points in just a HALF. I don't know what the deal is. Whenever he shoots a lot, he scores a lot. Peyton Pritchard is one of my favorite players in the LEAGUE, not just the Celts. But I don't know why Simons is not starting over Pritchard.. PP is a monster coming off the bench. Oh well, the Celtics are 23-12 and really rolling. So maybe they actually know basketball more than a casual fan like me, haha

    All the people & "Experts" who frowned on PP believing in his team are the sam ones who said MAVS in 5 back in 24!
