  1. The Knicks are really good so I feel fine about losing but if Deni is out for any amount of time this season is effectively over

  2. DC got outplayed big time in the paint. But you get the Knicks in the penalty with like 9 minutes to play in the 4th and you attack the basket like twice the rest of the game? Unacceptable

  3. This is not just about bad luck, having injuries across the team is a downward spiral because the remaining players take so much on themselves.
Deni played so many minutes, with such a high usage.. that takes a toll on the body.

Here’s hoping it’s nothing too major.

  4. Losing sucks, but we played hard and the Knicks are really good. We didn’t do bad for what we brought to the game. And damn, Caleb Love is just getting better and better!

  5. Portland zone was pretty good for most of the game, but once the other team starts hitting 3s you gotta stop playing zone lmao

  6. Don’t know what would have happened had Deni stayed in. Probably would have lost BUT that’s fine to a really good Knicks team that needed a win real bad.

Deni getting a no contact injury however is extremely not fine

  7. The Knicks are very clutch, kinda hope they win it all this year. (If we don’t, obviously)

  8. This coaching staff has some unhealthy obsession with the no center small ball style.

Like how do you not see that forcing this and play fast is the reason why we have so many injuries this season. And it’s not like it actually works and wins games.

    Slow the fuck down!

  9. We got Jrue back at the cost of Deni. Man I hate injuries so much. We were literally cooking

  10. Deni was literally in a car accident a few days ago on top of two really physical games with the rockets. Hopefully he’s just some low back strain on top of fatigue and he will be okay in a fews with some rest and stretching 😭

  11. We need ro raise our off ball moving from the beginning of the season… Oh and rebounding is also important… And Deni

  12. As long as Deni will turn out ok this night was just fine, played well up until almost the very end, and with Jrue back Deni can get some much needed rest

  13. If Deni’s injury lingers on for a while, will it cause him to miss the All-Star Game? Oh my goodness…

  14. Knicks fan here. That was a super competitive game!!Hope Deni is okay, he’s a tough cover! Respect to yall you have a lot of young talent

  15. Deni held his lower back a couple possessions before the injury during FT’s, hopefully this was just him realising he couldn’t play anymore rather than worsening an existing injury

  16. Avdija’s been running the team lately, let our all-star get some real rest. What I don’t get is the twin‑tower lineup was working just fine, so why mess with it?

  17. Anyone else catch the father son duo Knicks fans that were trying to fight security immediately after the game ?

  18. Almost beat a good team. Love and sidy deserve Rupert’s and Reath’s roster spots. Hope Deni is okay. Current injured guys need to come back soon. We are cooking with gas as a hospital and we’re a healthy roster away from being an above .500 team

  19. Played way too fast, we were one of the slowest team in January and we were on a win streak. Going back to fast pace small ball games would only increase the injury risks. DC is not a fast pace center, this is literally his worst game this year. We were winning with two tower(Rob Yang), IDK why we stopped doing this tonight. Matching Knicks fast pace is stupid. I hope Deni is okay, and get Bjorkgren outta here.

  20. Our starters picked a bad game to shoot from 3. The starters shot 18% from 3 today. While the bench shot 47% from 3.

  21. Good news is that Deni’s injury is probably an acute lumbar spasm which usually takes a few days to recover or a lumbar strain which would mean a couple of weeks
