Not to mention even if AD was healthy the days of 28PPG/12RPG/2BPG/2APG are long gone, because that was the only version of him that could even come close to replacing what was lost. But that was 7 years ago.
We are rebuilding aren’t we? We are tanking this year. I just wanna know why having AD sit this year and play with a high pick+ flagg/kyrie/AD next year is so bad compared to high pick/ flagg/ and kyrie next year? To me its a no brainer having AD is better. I just dont see any benefits of getting rid of him for nothing while we got guys like gafford and klay who should be more of a target for trades
The 2nd option would sound good if we owned out picks after this year but we dont
