  1. The Athletic has constantly dismissed the Pistons. Never mind that they have been the number one in the East basically the entire season. They went on a 13 game winning streak while they were injured (Duren, Cade, Thompson, Tobias, Stew, Ivey, and Sassar had injuries during that streak). They have never had a 3 game losing streak, only twice a two game losing streak. They have won on the road (2nd or 3rd most games played on the road). They have won in the West. They have won against winning teams. They show depth, they show star power and have adapted. But now, just now, they are the best in the East?

The Knicks aren't the best team in the East. They might eventually get the number 1 seed but even then they aren't the best team. Pistons are the best right now. Wake the F up.

    Also respect to James.

  2. Pistons will finish the season as the best team in the League. They have a top 5 talent that wants to be the best two-way player every game. They have the deepest bench in the League. Everyone plays Defense!

  3. Lmao they’re still debating? It’s been like 2-3 months of the Pistons at the #1 spot hahaha yall so biased it’s actually insane you can’t see it, check yourself

  4. Look, Detroit would've beat Knicks last playoffs if the league didn't want them to win. I was at game 4, at the end, when the refs robbed us when they could. Knicks were NEVER BETTER than Pistons!😬😬

  5. I hate these micro aggressions against the Pistons. They're a better franchise than the Knicks, in a major market. I hate how the media always leans towards NY bias. Sucks shit. The world is connected now. We don't need to only favor certain cities anymore.

  6. People forget how good the Pistons played the last half of the year last season so it's more than just a "hot start". Over the past 90 games only the Thunder and Celtics have a higher winning percentage with the Celtics only being 2 games better. So for over a Calendar year they've been playing at an elite level on par with every team not named OKC Thunder.
