9. If they cannot move JK for anything meaningful, Joe and Mike have to put some of this on Kerr. The DNPs have never made sense, and his comments after the playoffs were egregious. I cannot remember a coach treating a young player like this in the media. Kerr needs to be more aware of how his actions impact asset management. If you do not want to play JK because you claim we have the best chance to win without him, that's a coaching decision, but if you fail to win, that calls you into question. We are a .500 team, and we are not better without him. Based on his devaluation by the DNPs and comments, we are not likely to get a meaningful player in return, which means after such a deal, we are still a .500 team fighting for the play-in. We were not good enough not to play him.

Steve Kerr barely able to coach this team above water for 4 seasons… playing 4 point guard lineups with 37 year old 6-6 Draymond at the 5… and has froze out the ONLY wing on his team with decent size and above average athleticism at the same time killed any resemblance of what was left of his trade value. While playing a 6’2 GP2 as a PF… Make that make sense.
