This guy has been a hater for more than a decade now.

He’s never liked the Giants ever since he was our ESPN beat reporter. Everyone calls Raanan a hater, but he’s one of my favorites and is honestly just objective. Graz was covering us during our Super Bowl era and still just kept hating.

His logic: I picked the other candidates to go elsewhere so I chose what was left over.
This reads like he was choosing based on fits for teams going down a list rather than actually considering the coaches’ perspectives and what they would pick based on that.
