[Fedor] The Cavaliers have been rejecting trade offers for De’Andre Hunter and want to give the roster more time.

  1. I still think Hunter can work with the team, he just is best coming off the bench in a limited role. Based on recent trades, I’m guessing the Cavs are being offered peanuts.

  2. As much as this season has sucked. It’s important to acknowledge not every season can be special. And last year was just simply special. Yes, we expect more from the team but it would be stupid to blow it up.

  3. Everyone is freaking out (& there’s legit reasons to be concerned).

But this is the time to experiment and figure shit out. Better to work through it now and hit our stride at the right time (vs what happened last year where we ran out of gas).

I hope we hold pat – and then if we don’t make ECF / have a bad showing in the ECF we blow it up.

  4. Koby won’t make any moves unless ownership steps in and takes the wheel at the deadline. He bet his career on the core 4 winning a championship. If he breaks up the team, he’s admitting he was wrong and he failed. If the Core 4 fails, Koby is getting fired.

Any moves that get made before the summer will be Dan Gilbert stepping in and getting shit done. We don’t need to pretend this team is a serious contender atp in the season. We know these boys aren’t serious deep down

  5. I still think this team gels by the playoffs and goes to the second round at least. People who want to blow up a second round playoff team are just brain rotted by the Browns. Make some moves to get under the cap but keep a lot of the core talent.
