Says he doesn’t think Harbaugh is taking a job that doesn’t have a QB.
Bisciotti mentioned one job that he told Harbaugh to take and gave a smirk..
I can confirm he either was referring to the Giants or wasn’t

He’s another team’s owner, he doesn’t know exactly what’s going to happen. I don’t see any universe where Harbaugh even considers Pittsburgh. It’s between us and Atlanta

If that’s the case, I find it hard to believe that fits the Falcons even if he likes Matt Ryan and the option to pick a GM. Penix is coming off yet another torn ACL and Cousins is known average commodity, is that really going to entice him?

I’ve been in the same circles as Biscotti, and the dude is such a nice guy. He gives 1k tips at restaurants and gives anyone the time of day.
After hearing this I know for sure he’s talking about the Giants.
Or the Dolphins.

Interesting thing about this, is that it definitely gives the impression that the owner still thinks he’s a great coach, maybe just felt a change would be good for both sides. Granted, I’ve only watched this clip, not the whole press conference.
It could also lend credibility to the rumors that the front office wanted to keep him.

The emphasis he places on the value of a QB “on the roster” combined with today’s Tomlin news may be an owner trying to allay the concerns of spooked fans who may be fretting their long-time coach signing with their biggest rival.
(This also makes the assumption Rodgers does not stay in Pittsburgh for new HC)
