  2. Hopefully, we go with Cousins as QB and give Penix another year to grow on the bench. Tomlin is probably ready to get away from coaching and Harbaugh won't like having to answer to Ryan. Bring in an offensive minded head coach and a good offensive coordinator while keeping the Ulbric as the DC. I think with Ryan in place we could even bring Terry back as GM and still win.

  4. I watched the whole press conference and Matt Ryan just has a presence that when he speaks you feel like the franchise is in good hands despite his lack of front office experience.

  9. I dont understand why everyone is already celebrating a guy with zero front office experience. He hasn't done anything (literally). The verdict is still out. All I see is the other ego (plus Kyle Shanahan) that only wanted to throw the damn ball and kept us from a Championship.

  13. No matter what happens Ryan is clearly the right guy. He may not choose right this time – there’s def luck. But long term I have full faith in Ryan. I don’t trust Ryan to make the right decisions. I trust him to fix his wrong ones quickly.

  16. Mike Tomlin NO NO NO NO, he is burned out any person with a brain can see his is completely shot out of his mind. Blank will hire this guy and it will be 3 years of nothing, it is coming brace yourself!!

  17. Tomlin in the ATL would mean automatic playoffs in this weak NFC South division… With the right coaching staff added, we could easily make it to the superbowl with the talent we have

  18. I think Penix is a very good Q.B.. But let's all be fair about this he didn't have a Q.B Coach to tune his skill set.. But its up to him to show why he's a round 1 pick… Develop this off season will tell what he's gonna be moving forward in Atlanta with his career…

    Hard pass on all these “old head” coaches. They r washed. They cant adapt to the modern game and their staffs r full of nepotism hires. Tomlin and Harbaugh will never be better than above average coaches. And they will never get to another super bowl. Hopefully thats what matt wants for us.

    Id rather matt find a coach on the rise thats a “no name” guy.

  24. Like Matt during his playing years but now sounds like an insurance salesman which is exactly what needs to be done. Phenix is not the answer at QB.
