3. Why would he come to a team that lacks talent like the commanders? Every position on the defense needs upgrading.

6. I can see how a DC might come here as we have a very low bar for success and there nowhere to go but up. Peters will probably also give assurances that we'll spend big in free agency. However, working with a defensive HC in Quinn is not a selling point, any decent DC will want full control.
