27. Love Herro but it’s time for a change. He is a great player but him and Norm are basically the same player. Morant gives us an actual pg that is always a downhill threat. He would do wonders in Miami

    If we have all 3, a) the extensions will make us brutally expensive and b) Spo will put us through some horrible lineups with his inability to have expensive players come off the bench.

    But man, it would be fun to have Ja. If we can get him somewhere close to back to form, he will become the center piece for a better star if need be.

    I do ultimately still think the smartest thing is to look to the draft to get talent. I just think this team is built poorly and could use a reset. We’re always let wins like Phoenix give us too much confidence to compete, but if the Heat just won’t consider it…I like the Ja move.

The ONLY trade that makes sense and will work is #2 and it’s not even close, we need to stop thinking that Tyler herro is eventually gonna make it work with ANY player that it can lead to winning basketball. Yes Tyler is going to look amazing when we let him do his thing, but at what cost, the play in?, first round exit?, one of the worst scoring teams in the league? These are facts we need to take seriously notice of when it come to talking keeping herro. Yes Ja is not playing well right now and he’s also injury prone, but he can also turn this around and get hot,l the man is only 26.

39. Gotta do this trade we have reached the ceiling with Herro. Morant is a more polished scorer than Herro and can give u 25-30 points on a nightly basis. And Miami stays under the 1st apron still with this trade

40. Heat Fans, GOOD afternoon. Let's NOT be fooled, this trade will NOT repair what the actual issues are with this ball club/org. It should be considered a quick fix for the season ONLY. Ja style of play is "reckless" and average at BEST. He can't shoot a consistent jump shot nor does he play efficient defense. Lastly I'll say; NO TOP tier level player is indicating a desire to reside in South Beach, which is an indictment towards Riles, inability to persuade All Star players.
