  1. Bro I don’t think any of these trades are going to happen. Davis and Ja don’t help the Raptors. Does anyone believe Shams is breaking these trades talks or does ESPN just spoon feed him the next story? Also why trade RJ?

  2. Dude..RJ is ok player, your putting him as your top player, which his not, his not even all star, better than average, he can't play D, plus his contract is coming up, his gonna ask 40 million, u just can't do that. U have 2 bad contract already with IQ and Poeltl, u want another one. I rather have injured AD than all of these guys, even though I'm not fan of MR Glass, raptors have no other option, u have 2 risk it and hope AD can give us Kawli performance..

  3. Sabonis could actually be a good fit for Toronto. Good screen setter, rebounder, playmaker. Yea he's a bit weak defensively, but Scottie and CMB could help shore up those aspects. Him running pick and roll for RJ, Shead, Gradey, and Jakobe could lead to good things

  4. So if we acquire Davis he will be off due to Injury ???? as well as being homesick for the US. So many reasons why he would be the worst acquisition in Raps History.

  5. I do NOT want to trade this years first round pick. There are a few centres that we could draft around picks 18-25 that could really help us in the future. Chris cenac was thought as a top 5 pick. He has struggled. He’s more a stretch 5 or versatile 4. But he’s 6’10.
Aday mara is 7’4 and a beast from sprain.

  6. No idea why they would want AD he has not played 3 straight games all year. I will play devils avocate here maybe Poetl, Quickley and Ochai and no draft compensation for Davis, gets you off two bad contracts for one? AD's contract ends sooer than Poetl and Quickley's. I would want a Derek Lively added as compensation for the worst contract in basketball and absolutely no draft compensation from the Raptors.

I cant see the Mavericks getting much interest especially with AD's most recent injury so I would want Lively at minimum if I am taking on street cloths contract. To be honest I might want some second rounders from Dallas as well to take on that contract. That gives Dallas Gafford and Poetl at center and they are in desperate need of a point guard in Quickley.

Raptors should then go get Jay Huff as a cheap backup and upgrade Elijah Martin to a full contract.

  7. Stop posting recycled things from your past posts. You do the same thing everyday and use other people hard work and know how. While you sit in you parents house with a red lamp and a couple raptors pictures. People are sick of it. Find real news, stop wasting people time on regurgitated content

  8. If we’re looking at injured players are we really win now? We are rumoured to look at more injured players, some maybe worse than JP. These have to be content bait.

  9. @benrogers if RJ is traded, its because rogers wont pay the tax for RJ or they dont plan on giving him an extension. and as low as RJ value is now, it will be lower as an expiring after this season. So its best to move RJ now rather than for two 2nd round picks and an expiring, or for a bad contract and top 23 protected first when he is in his contract year

it indicates raptors dont have the money to resign RJ barrett so they just gonna move him now while they can..

  10. @Raptorsdigest, I totally agree that RJ needs to stay! The teams winning percentage when RJ is available, must be better than when he’s not. But what are the numbers?

  11. steins report says raptors want a deal beneficial to them. so rj plus jakob or iq plus jakob and an unprotected first isnt enough, they want a very very good young player or two to eat bad salary and pay tax. so its likely CMB and Jamal Shead have to be included for dallas to eat toronto's bad contracts of RJ and Jakob with an unprotected 1st round pick or two included. and this way raptors have to pay AD an extension of 275 million over 4 years in summer, or he just leave to a warm city in us in a state with no income tax when he ufa. it means raptors pay 60 million a year with 8 percent raise a year for 4 years in a new AD contract, and AD can play 40 games a season for the raptors for their reward.
