On the road following our brew crew. Any tips regarding ballpark experience at those places? 🍻

Coming from Brazil to watch the crew on the road!

Did Philly back in 2014. All of the stadiums are along the river. Stay close to the stadiums as traffic was absolute madness coming from east of the city each day
Lots of parking around Phillies stadium. Tailgating we had spotted cows and brats like we would at Am Fam. Stadium inside is nice. Philly fans were alright. No issues at all with them. Beautiful field when you’re in your seats. Overall had a really good time and the crew got the W.
Went to both when I was living in Pittsburgh. The fans in Philly were rude and I was by myself minding my own business. I’m not a loud, obnoxious fan. I sit and watch the game and keep score. I was wearing a Brewers jersey over a dress and a Brewers cap. (What I always wear)
Baltimore fans were chill. Needless to say I enjoyed Baltimore a lot more. 😂
Hit these 2 parks a couples years ago for a bachelor party (non-brewers games unfortunately). absolutely LOVED Camden, the food was fantastic. Citizens bank was fine, nothing overly notable good or bad (or at least that I can recall.
For citizens bank we hung out at Stateside Live! beforehand for some pregame beers, it was a fun vibe (they had a DJ and lots of TVs so you could definitely catch some college football there pregame if that’s your jam. We were staying in Baltimore and rented a party bus to drive us up and back for the game. So didn’t really hang out after, just bussed back down.
Camden was amazing. It’s now my fav stadium. We had a relatively short walk back to our airbnb. Would highly recommend taking a stroll around the park once you’re in, just a really beautiful park from basically any viewpoint. I really enjoyed the Crab Hot Dog, some of my buddies weren’t as high on it though.
Not sure if any of that is helpful but have a fun time!
As both an Os and Brewers fan who makes it out to Camden Yards a couple times per season I feel uniquely able to answer this question.
Check out ground a long Eutaw street as you enter by the warehouse. When someone hits a home run out to the pavement in front of it they celebrate it with a plaque inlaid in to the concrete.
The statue garden of Os greats out behind the outfield is a nice place to catch some history and it’s never too crowded along that side.
Stuggys for dogs and Boogs for bbq food-wise. The mini donuts from ditos are also amazing if you have a sweet tooth. They are always made fairly fresh. Get some crab fries from Jimmies as well, blue crab hits different and is a treat.
There isn’t really a bad seat in the house and with the new audio visual system coming in should be a great experience. If you are daring and there for multiple games you may want to investigate seats in the bird bath splash zone. Be prepared to get wet though, I would not suggest that unless you’ve got a “spare” game to spend on it as it’s kind of a whole ordeal.
Hope you enjoy! It’s a beautiful park and you’re bound to have a great time.
Been to Camden Yards a couple times. Beautiful spot, lots of parking, interesting but expensive food. O’s fans are ok, I can’t imagine a lot of friction for a visiting fan unless it’s Yanks or Bosox.
Camden is a great ballpark. Don’t have too many specific tips since we pretty much went straight to our seats the one time I was there. The concourse is open air which was cool.
For Baltimore though check out Johnny Rad’s for pizza and make sure to stop at an Ekiben for some fantastic asian fried chicken.
Get some pit beef while you’re in the neighborhood. 🙂
I’m a Brewers fan who lives in DC (walking distance to Nats Park). I definitely support the Orioles in the AL and Camden is amazing. The architecture, food and drinks are reasonably priced for a stadium. Definitely do Boogs in upper right field. Great seats. Best part is the people: even as an away fan the workers are friendly and open. Fans are great too. Good conversations and meeting people throughout the game. Can’t wait until the games this summer!
I seen the Brewers sweep the Phillies in Philadelphia last year at the end of May. Drove down from Toronto, and my wife proudly walked out of each game a winner with her Brewers Hoskins jersey on. What a great time that was!
Thank you to all for the responses!!
Can’t speak to Philly but Camden is an S tier place to catch a ball game.

Edit: Oh and go to Pickles Pub before the game!
