  8. I think the Knicks only trade for Giannis if they fail to win a championship. The Knicks defense is not good enough to win a championship right now. They are not even close to Detroit defensively. It's hard to beat TWO SUPERSTARS playing together if the supporting cast is decent. I say trade for Giannis, so the Knicks can get some consistent inside scoring and stop shooting so much low percentage shots/3 Pointers on every position.

Naive & ignorant about how Sports works; the team is financially constrained & his team will not be competitive & at a certain point, if they wait until he’s old it will be untenable; Detroit, Indy, Philly, Orl. Are showing more promise & NYK is one piece away from being finals bound for the nxt 2-3 yrs with him.
