  3. I feel so bad for Hildeby. The difference in how the team played in front of Woll last night and how they played in front of Beast tonight was night and day. The guy got hung out to dry.

  8. I really think NHL should consider not putting Back-to-Back games. It will make games quality much better. Playing two nights straight just not working for players. Adjust the schedule and reduce number of games or something.

  10. Glad I didn't watch the game. But it's typical they always play well against the high standing teams and give up the what should be easy 2 points. Back to back games or not can't give up the easy points

  20. Points in 10 straight, before losing with an ahl goalie in net, on the 2nd half of a back to back, on the road, jet lagged, 10pm start.

    It sucks to lose but you're not going to get points every night.

    Toronto has 14 back to backs this year (the most of any team in the league).

    Nothing to complain about. Just go get the next W.

  22. The boys did not have a bad start but we need to play better defensive all together and getting outshot 40 to 22 is embarrassing I had a goo feeeling that we were not gonna win after beating the Avs let’s get rested up and bounce back vs Vegas let’s go boys

  23. This loss is on Berube. He refused to call a timeout when the game was slipping and he started Hildeby when Stolarz was FULLY cleared to play. He ALSO had several chances to turn the game around but did NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

  24. They looked tired right off the get go. Had a feeling the legs would be heavy. Great effort fellas. Can't win them all. Alright on to the next 1, get rested up we need points. Peace ✌️ 😎. Don't sweat it.

  26. Leafs won 8 out of 11 last games and that includes 4 in a row including COLORADO. Ya it wasn’t the best game last night but we know if they had more time between games Utah game would’ve been theirs too. Hildeby feels so bad, you can tell. It can’t be all on him. More defence was needed last night

  27. The boys don't want to blame the loss on the schedule… good on them ! But the truth is, it is the schedule they beat the best team in the league the night before.
    Too much hockey too much travel it is grueling and one reason for so many injuries. Don't get me wrong I love watching hockey but not at the expense of quality
    hockey. They need to reduce the grind on these guy's by reducing the schedule by six or eight games per year for each team. There should not be back to back games !!!
