5. Eagles were top 5 defense when he was their DC. Maybe he just wasn’t a good HC?

   He rode the talent on the Eagles D to a HC job and got exposed. His defenses have been bad. I see zero reason to hire this guy.

10. Man I see a lot of people trashing this interview. He did great with the Eagles, who are more talented now than during his tenure. Cardinals were a dumpster fire of a team, but I felt he elevated that defense which was evolved compared to his time in Philly. I find that to be promising as it seems he schemes to his players.

    Head coach experience is always good, with Blough as the other side of the coin having to do less with a DC the better. Not my top option, I’ll take Flores as a pipe dream, and Ulbrich as my next best candidate (though Falcons are blocking), but I don’t get the overwhelming hate for this…

11. Man have yall seen that clip of him addressing the cardinals team after he first got hired? One of the least motivating, most cringeworthy speeches I’ve ever seen a coach give at any level. …..”who took the bus here today?”

12. I swear I read he’s interviewed every day like 3 days in a row now. I like to think he’s sleeping in tha parking lot waiting for the next day of interviewing to begin

13. Not my top choice but maybe a fall back option if you can’t get Flores or Ulbrich.

14. I’d be fine with it, he struggled as a HC but has had success as a d coordinator, plus I like that going forward with younger coaches, they are more likely to be more innovative and less likely to be so stuck in their ways that they get behind the times the ways Ron and Del Rio did

15. Not my favorite option for DC at the moment but I think he’s solid. He’ll have his hands full with our defense.

18. Couldn’t arrange a good defense with bad talent. That eagles defense was super talented not sure I’m very high on him

19. His philosophy feels very close to what Whitt was trying to do from what I understand.
