What do we think about this?

  1. He’ll make a great backup but he shouldn’t be starting. We need seasoned guys that can play across the line to fill in when the starter need a break and he’s good for that.

  2. Gladstone is making a mistake keeping him around he’s dead weight at this point who isn’t worth what he’s being paid

  3. Get him offseason reps at RG and work Mekari out of the lineup. He was absolutely terrible when he had to step in, but I think he found his groove at guard the couple weeks following

  4. Hoping he means back next season in the league and not on this team specifically….

  5. Walker little was playing pretty well at guard. We don’t have the cap or picks to fix O-line this year so its definitely the right move to run it back with the same people and hope for better injury luck.

We will probably draft some day 2 and 3 guys on the line but hopefully they wont be forced onto the field next year.

  6. He’s stating a fact that all guys will be back based on their contract…

    Trades can still happen

  7. For everyone wanting him gone, go watch the Los Angeles Chargers play football. It’s really hard to find people to play offensive tackle at a level that is even below what we would deem acceptable. The Chargers were on their third and fourth tackles and literally had no chance to win against teams with a pulse. Little doesn’t suck that much.

  8. The one this really pertains to is Edoga. We could have saved $3 mil cutting him and he’s easily replaceable with a draft pick or cheap signing. Cutting/trading Little wasn’t going to save us anything, so he was always staying.

And it’s fine he’s staying by the way. I know he isn’t great, but we could do worse for a backup swing tackle.

  9. Given his contract, he’s probably back, but you should also always take a GM’s quotes with a grain of salt heading into free agency and the draft. They aren’t going to tell you what they’re really thinking.

  10. This is a bit disappointing to here at first, but maybe Gladstone still plans to bring in more linemen to develop and compete. Our O line was middle of the pack in terms of pressure rate this season, which is not gonna cut it if we want to take that next step to become Super Bowl contenders. Our line literally cost us last game on that last play. Maybe some these guys like Makri and Walker will become backups of Wr bring in better players.

  11. Easing Milum into the RG role with Little there is good. Very happy with that. This line is good enough, maybe get some more young mid round guys to build it further.

  12. I interpreted that as all the starters will be back. Walker was a backup by end of season. If we can find a trade partner, I think we take it.

  13. I’m mostly fine with this but I was hoping that China Edoga would be cut, since it’s only $1 million of dead cap and would result in $3 million of savings against the cap which may help us finesse things to keep Etienne, Lloyd, or some of the CB free agents like Montaric Brown etc

  14. Fine by me. CVL gets healthy and little at RG is more than fine. Focus on DL and pass rush please.

  15. Van Lanen, Cleveland, Hainsey, Little, Harrison, Mekari, Milum, Monheim is a very solid core of guys with varying levels of experience and a lot of positional flexibility who have all shown at least some positive traits. I expect we add a guy or two to compete, but it’s a good start.

  16. Up until the last few weeks we were a top 5 most sacks allowed O-line, finished 13th which is more middle of the pack but we better still make some damn improvements

  17. It’s good to have continuity, however, this shouldn’t be interpreted as “We’re good here” in 2026. If he sees an upgrade on his free agency list or draft board and the value makes sense he’ll bring them onboard.

  18. Seems early to say this. But I also get that all these dudes are under contract so still trade is possible

  19. I think it’s an out of context quote on a whipped together graphic solely for engagement bait.
