Kubiak or Mcdaniel will retain him for sure if they get hired. Hes a master of the wide zone blocking scheme

To be honest he can go. The Falcons had FAR TO MANY penalties BEFORE The ball was ever snapped imo. I said in the game day chat, “what is the Oline coach doing?” “Why do we have these issues week after week” Those pre snap penalties killed drives. And it kept happening.

That’s sick. Ledford has done a really good job coaching up the OL hopefully the new OC will see that. We still had a really good OL considering we lost Dalman to FA and McGary to IR. Most teams who lose that wind up with a bad OL we weren’t that bad.
I just want him to diversify the run scheme more. Even though I’m not sure if we have the right center for more gap and duo stuff.
For me, everyone can stay except for OC, QB Coach, WR Coach, and all the Special Teams coaches.
Dan ran into the back of the endzone. But I agree we SHOULD hold onto Ledford. Obviously he’s close with these boys
