Anyways, here's Bo Bichette in his down year still driving in runs; these were the only two runs the Jays scored that day. In May of 2024 he looked more like regular Bo Bichette.

As someone who did think the difference this year was noteworthy (of being the actual favourites for him, rather than just ‘in the mix’ like in the past) I can still be chill today because of how mind-numbingly stupid the contract is to be fair lol. I’d be livid if the Jays caved to that and gave him a deal where the upside is $120M over 2 years and is guaranteed to be either no or negative value for *half the contract*.
