I don't care who was on the team when he took over, the fact that he got back to the superbowl twice, and won 1 of them, and has over a 60%% winning percentage all time, says he's a pretty damn good coach who should be in the Hall. 15. To make a legit HoF argument, compare Mike T to the coaches of his era. Three coaches won multiple SBs between 2007 – 2025. Of course, there is Belichick, then Andy Reid and Tom Coughlin. Of the coaches that won 1 SB in that time, none won as many division titles as Mike T and none have that 19 season streak of ZERO losing seasons. Mike T will get in the HoF, but as the 4th best coach of his era he will not be first ballot – just like Bill Cowher.

20. I've been making Deebo's exact argument for five years. Tomlin's playoff win percentage is 0.400 (8-12).

21. Chuck Noll never had any of his SB assistants go on to become HC directly. Some did later in their careers but they were not directly hired/poached while they were with the Steelers.
