It’s August 2026. The Mets have a 3 game lead in the NL East. The Baty on a horse combo plays elite defense, but the horse also has to hit. He is currently batting .000/.320/.000 with 30 steals on the season. The combo of hitting and defense have caused the team to name him Tyrone Taylor Jr.
A 2 sport athlete, Taylor Jr. will be participating in the Belmont stakes next year as well.
