3. Hopefully Blough is great then we have the next young offensive mind in the NFL on our team. My expectation is he’s our offensive coordinator for the next two years and then we promote him to head coach. No disrespect to Dan Quinn, but man I watched this franchise let go of three young offensive coordinators on our team Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, and Kevin O’Conell. Who all became great head coaches.
