  1. Watched one Sharks video on TikTok and now it thinks I want all the videos from sharks fans… phew boy. I had no idea they had such a cult following with like 18-20 year olds. Must be Mack and Will. Anyway last they were shitting on our broadcast team for not “giving” lol if only they knew Ken and Mick are the best in the biz

  3. What are the chances that AlJo becomes that last top 4 D we are looking for? I think hes played really well lately and seems to have earned the coaches trust. He has a track record of figuring out leagues with time and hes still young enough I think there’s some runway left in his development. His ability to play either side well is a nice bonus too. This could be another Trent Yawney success story

  5. Things can develop quickly. However, sources say 4 teams remain in the mix for Flames Dman, Rasmus Andersson. Two teams in the east and two in the west. Boston and Vegas are strong contenders. Unless there’s progress, there’s a decent chance Andersson plays today for Cgy.

  12. Another sub 10mins for ASP last night. I understand he’s had some struggles lately, but that’s a no-go for the kid. You either let him play through the mistakes or sit him if he needs a night to watch. TOI of less than 10mins isn’t good for anyone.

  13. I was banned from the nhl subreddit from a comment on a thread about heated rivalry. I said that I would immediately be a fan or any player that came out as gay and that if Marchand was gay it would explain a lot.

    I guess that makes me, a lesbian, a homophobe guilty of hate speech?

    I am baffled honestly.

  16. Vibes were great at LCA last night, it was a packed house. We usually get there early to enjoy a less crowded concourse, eat, and have plenty of time to settle in for warm ups but it seemed everyone had the same idea. The crowds came early!

  23. I sent my buddy a text in the mid second period about how Larkin’s basically at that age where Centers start declining, and the ultimate final success of the Yzerplan depends on how well he can navigate finding his replacement. So naturally Larkin scores the GWG lol

    Kasper scoring was huge yesterday, and hopefully he snaps out of his issues. Dude was out there playing fucking hockey all game yesterday, and he was rewarded. But I also think that Larkin goal was just as big, we need him to snap out of his funk too

  25. Not only have the Wings not lost consecutive games in regulation since Dec 1, but they only have 5 regulation losses in that time. I had hunch, so I dug into the schedule to look at the circumstances of those losses. 

    3 of the 5 were in games that were the third in four nights. Another was in the second half of a back to back. The only regulation loss where fatigue was not a factor was the Dec 27 loss to CAR.  

    If our boys are rested, they win games. 

  26. Some reports coming out now (not sure how reliable) that Boston got Andersson and he’s signing an extension. Though Dreger is reporting there’s a decent chance he still plays the game this afternoon for Calgary. So I don’t know what the fuck that report is about

    Also worth mentioning that Dreger says two teams in the east are still in on Andersson, Boston being one of them. Wonder if we’re the other one.

  27. Bro if Boston’s trading all that for a guy like Andersson that is crazy! Like they are giving a 1st which might be lottery, Poitras who is a very solid prospect, and Lohrei who’s a very solid top 4 L dman.

  28. with Seattle having been consistently mid since their last playoff run, I really wonder why Vince Dunn hasn’t ever been available for trade. he’d be a great acquisition I think, maybe he just likes it in Seattle and they do have a nice lil prospect pool starting to take shape but I’m just surprised they haven’t really been sellers at any point in the last few years
