Kevin Stefanski’s Rankings over the years

  1. His offenses are terrible and his scheme is as vanilla as they come.. i really dont understand the appeal of this guy

  2. In his defense because of the Deshaun Watson trade he had no QB, a shitty O-line, and very few weapons. The Falcons would be a major upgrade for O-line and weapons.

You can see the regression in offensive talent by looking at Flacco in 2023 vs Flacco in 2025. Flacco played great in 2023 because he had a better O-line and better weapons. When he started in 2025 he looked like garbage with a bad O-line and bad weapons.

  3. Context doesn’t matter huh? Can you name his offensive roster please? Name his first and second round picks?

  4. This does not tell a fraction of the story, js look at what his offensive roster has been

  5. He had no say in personnel and went to the playoffs with Joe Flacco.

You really going to act like Watson was his call?

  6. Just going to drop some tidbits here:

    A. We have a history of succeeding when it comes to getting things from the Browns. This is anecdotal, but this leads me to point B.
    B. The Browns, are for all intents and purposes legitimately the worst run franchise in the NFL. He was placed in a really god awful situation and turned over two playoff teams and a playoff win! Mind you, this is more recent than us. That matters.
    C. For context, the Browns hadn’t won a playoff game since 1994! Stefanski played a large role in a that, give the man his flowers.

The point is, our roster is much better than theirs, our division is much weaker than theirs and Heem still managed an abysmal 8-9 record. Something tells me had we been coached by Stefanski we’d likely be at 11-12 wins. The grass is greener on the other side, I promise.

  7. I’m a browns fan who has kept up with pretty much his entire tenure as HC here. Honestly I think he was mostly a scapegoat of this team’s issues (though isn’t totally not at fault). Everybody points at Browns offensive ratings being low the past 2 years, and they are.

However when the Browns had decent offensive linemen, and a competent QB under center, his offenses shined. The whole thing collapsed when the owner decided to fully guarantee Deshaun Watsons contract to get him to play here. It handcuffed the team of adding any offensive weapons in FA.

TLDR; from a browns fan: I think Kevin Stefanski wasn’t the issue in Cleveland and think he could absolutely succeed in Atlanta

  8. 14th Offense and top 5 defense sounds like a deep playoff run to me if they happened at the same time.

  9. Let’s not forget he brought the 2023 browns to 11 wins with FIVE different starting quarterbacks, went to the playoffs with Jeff Driskel, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and PJ Walker starting 1/3 of their games.

Joe Flacco and Deshaun Watson for the other 2/3s.

  10. When Deshawn watson cost so much and he’s terrible, how tf is he supposed to build an offense with no cap and an abismal QB room

  11. Not entirely his fault, but I’ve never been a big fan of coaches who were “experts” at one side of the ball and then couldn’t get that side of the ball to perform as a HC.

Think Arthur Smith on offense. DQ and Mike Smith on defense.

  12. As a Browna fan: Ed Greenberger is close to the Mayfield family and has had a weird hate boner for Stefanski and the Browns.

So its only natural and expected that he makes such a bozo tweet and ignores not just a little bit of context but ALL of the context. Greenberger is a bozo

  13. Here was the depth chart two years ago (in the playoffs!!)
