It’s not about the chiefs bringing him back it’s about him wanting to come back. If he wants to be a play caller that bad he might go to college before he goes back to KC

I'm a Titans fan and I would love to get Matt Nagy as our Head Coach. He's not as bad as some of yall think. He obviously has a connection with our GM Mike Borgonzi which is good to have. I don't buy the whole buddy hire narrative, but Reid and Mahommes has had praise for Nagy and his system actually makes sense for us.
I believe he's learned a lot with the Kansas City Chiefs as the offensive coordinator and he wasn't terrible as his time as a Head Coach for the Chicago Bears. He took a rank 30th offense in Chicago and turned them into a top 10 offense with Mitchell Trubisky and his best game threw 6 td's in a game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He assembled great staffs as a Head Coach and eventually all good things come to an end, but I put all my faith in Matt Nagy to help the development of Cam Ward.
