If a January skid makes you fold, you haven’t survived the real Knicks years. Still here. Still loud.

  1. Been a fan since the 70’s and not going anywhere. That doesn’t mean I blindly think that losing doesn’t matter or that this team isn’t flawed.

  2. People here don’t understand that you can be annoyed with how the team is and just not be rattled by it

  3. Love my Knicks since the 80s and ain’t going nowhere, but we do have some issues we need to address if we want to win a chip. I’ll leave it at that.

  4. Being a Knicks fan has prepared me for the disappointments of life. Nothing can hurt me.

  5. Chill unc we had like 3 good years. No one bandwagon here and if you are you’re dumb AF for picking this team.

  6. This is probably going to get me downvoted but here goes nothing: I keep seeing this shit and it’s honestly such a weak loser mindset.

‘You can’t be upset that we suck because we sucked EVEN MORE the entire last 15 years’ doesn’t sound as good as some of you seem to think. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past. If anything, it makes the current state of affairs even more sad because we are still here dealing with it in 2026.

The team, as it currently stands, is having one of the worst post-cup runs in the NBA. The ENTIRE league. We have way too much talent to be this ass.

This isn’t just a ‘skid’ where we are getting unlucky dropping games. The product on the court is dogshit, and there is no indication that it’s going to change. Our guys are frustrated, there is no effort, every single night we get punked by at least 1 random player and just take it. I do not understand why some of you think that this will magically solve itself and we can just wait it out. Unlike what I’ve read here on this sub sometimes, championship contenders actually do NOT turn into the worst defending team in the league and end up fine.

  7. Don’t think any real fans are quitting the team, personally just adjusting expectations from “contenders” to “won’t be surprised if we lose in the first round”

  8. I generally wouldn’t care about a couple of losses in January. But I’d be lying to say it doesn’t look concerning.

  9. Yep. It’s a skid in mid-January, honestly the best time to have a skid. The amount of bullshit takes here makes me unreasonably annoyed.

Started as a fan in 2016, would have dreamed that this kind of skid was our biggest concern back then.

  10. If game 7 of the 94 Finals didn’t fold me, as a Starks fan to the core, I don’t think anything can.

It’s hard to hear the MSG crowd booing them. This is when they need us to cheer louder.

LGK means LET’S GO KNICKS, so let’s GO!

Maybe I look at it differently than some though. I’m a Knicks fan and I want THEM to win. I’m cheering for them, not for myself.

  11. You can be a fan for 60 years and still be realistic and say the team has been ass. On to the next game

  12. Some of us just get a little more emotionally invested than others. It’s not wrong or right. Just different.

  13. We weren’t a championship contender before this and that hasn’t changed.

We need to trade some pieces, add some picks to get some real young athletes in here who can also play defense.

  14. Facts!! Been tough few decades, but even with the recent losses still feels good. New era.

  15. More of this. We’re gonna get through this. If there has to be a down period, now is the best time for it. If we’re fully healthy and playing well into the playoffs, we’ll be a team that can beat anyone.

  16. It just f*cking irks me when milk dud Brown daps up Draybum after fragrantly throwing KAT on the floor AND talking shit about the NY Knicks all year long.

  17. Eddie Curry, Steve Francis, Andrea Bargnani, Frank Ntilikina, Kevin Knox.

    I’m not going anywhere.

  18. hey genius, it turns out you can both be a fan of a team and acknowledge that team has been garbage. crazy, right?

  19. Been suffering for nearly half a century.. We feel cursed but it’s sunken cost fallacy at this point..I’m gonna ride with this team until they kill me.
