These standing are ridiculous. All California teams tied for points and 4 teams with the same amount of wins

  1. What’s everyone’s opinion on how many points it’ll take to get in the playoffs this year? Let’s say the last spot. Obviously shoot for 100 to get in, but I’m not sure we’ll get there after the losing streak. So what is a good points goal to get in?

  2. And the kinda with 5 fewer losses as they continue their strategy of boring everyone to death and losing their way into the playoffs

  3. I know they face the Avalanche next week but hopefully they can win the other games at least, and then they should be able to jump back above the playoff line at least.

  4. That san jose game we dominated in shots and didn’t even get a point hurts us so bad here. That 9 game losing streak hurts like a mfer.

  5. Might be an unpopular opinion but rule change should be made that loser points are only awarded in shootout losses since that’s basically flipping a coin anyway.

  6. At least we’re not going against Colorado in a division. Thirty point difference is insane.

  7. California +Seattle united 🤝💪

I think with the team learning to play some defense now and winning as a reward for their efforts, we will have some separation from them as we get some scoring back little by little

  8. The goal differentials show you have most of the teams are crap. Minus differentials don’t do well in the playoffs and the Ducks only have 35 games to continue the turnaround. Vegas and EDM are the only teams with comfort, IMO.

  9. NHL should award 3 points for a regulation W like they do in soccer leagues. 2 pts for OT win, 1 pt for SO win and no points for SO loss
