3. I always said that I wanted Stefanski. Didn’t want no one else. Not Harbaugh/Weaver/Kubiak/Saleh, none of them.. Stefanski made the playoffs twice in 6-7 years, we haven’t made it in almost 10 years. Be for real y’all.. Stop it

5. Love this hire with Callahan as OC even more. Brian is a typical great OC but not a great HC, at least with his 1 job in Tenn.

7. I went to the very first Falcon home game ever played in 1966. I've been a fan the entire time. That ended tonight. Call me a bad fan all you want, but I've bought season tickets many times, and I have spent way too much money, time and (always) heartache.

   They hire a bargain bin coach who wasn't even good enough for the BROWNS to keep. Yeah – the BROWNS!

   I'm 62 now, don't have that many times around the sun left, and I'm tired of staying angry every fall. I might give them another look if Blank sells them, but Blank is an absolute failure. He needs to stick with wood and tools. He'll probably will them to his family, and they'll certainly be no better than "Dad."

10. Tom Brady couldn't help the browns in 2025. The O-line was turnstyles, and receivers were worst in the league….#1 Receiver lead league in drops. Look at Flacco's numbers after traded to Bengals, that more than anything shows just how bad the browns were on offense.
    Stefanski will be fine on the x's & O's…its up to the organization to get the Jimmy's and Joe's. Cleveland did a piss poor job on acquring talent on the offensive side of the ball. Browns changed their offense last two years to accommodate the Watson debacle. This Browns fan will be hoping for his success in Atlanta. God i wish we could trade owners with you!!!

11. Kevin S did not earn coach of the year. He got it for being yt. He also sabotaged Shedeur Sanders every game he played. He does not like Black QBs. Falcon fans have to be stupid to think this is a good hire. Kevin Stefanski didn't move up he failed UP.

23. I don’t like the hire. This guy doesn’t seem to have good relationships with his quarterbacks. He’s gone through 13 of them when the Falcons need someone who can groom and develop a quarterback. He showed a lot of immaturity with Shedeur. I hope he’s successful and I would love to be wrong here, but today, I’m not happy with the pick.

26. I don’t mind Tommy Rees as OC at all. As a lifelong bama fan I seen his impact in 2023 come in and instantly got more production as far as points,conversion %,yrds per game.also he’s one of the last coaches Nick Saban hired and Saban said he was one of the best young coaches he’s ever met and said “he understands the game and is a very good qb coach and helping them improve at the game”. Hate Saban if you want but the man has an eye for talent whether it be players or coaches look at Kirby smart,lane kiffin,Lanning,Sarkisian,Cignett the list goes on

27. At the very least, we will get better clock management, better timeout calling, and decent special teams.. We are already at 10-7 with these upgrades!

29. Good Hire . Kevin Stefanski is a good professional HC who was working for one of the biggest doofus owners in the NFL and a dysfunctional franchise . Keeping Jeff Ulbrich is also a positive . Not all that familiar with Tommy Rees , however he is only 33 and was OC for Alabama under Lou Saban in 2023 , a big plus . And served as Stefanski's OC after being named OC midway through last season . I believe that Arthur Blank has added valuable stability to the franchise since seasons ending and it is shaping up as a great off season .

31. There should be QB competition to start the year like it should have been this past season. I truly believe if Kirk is the starter to start the year they win a game or two extra and make the playoffs. But Raheem still has his job. So 🤷🏾‍♂️

33. My gut reaction is Stefanski and Atlanta in the first year will have to figure out the QB position and overcome not having a 26 first rounder so I will be happy with a 9-8 record. Everyone bitching and moaning bringing up his record in Cleveland, you do realize the offense was depleted and had no QB's and worked with an inept owner and GM

36. offensive HC = win. i understand why they didn't want to wait for Kubiak (the risk, but also would mean 3 1st years (Exec, GM, and HC). great hire, probably my favorite since Blank took over the team and definitely the smartest football mind they have had as HC since Reeves.

    Here, he hast to call plays. That message he gave in Cleveland that it doesn't matter, I don't buy it. Own it. Take accountability. It's the right message to the players and the fans.

42. Majority of ATL Fans do not want Stefanski. I predict 2026 will be a drought year for Falcons. When you enter the stadium you will hear crickets. When those who do go to the game see Stefanski they are going to boo him. Matt Ryan, Stefanski, & Penix needs to go, but Arthur Blank loves giving his money away. Especially to Ryan. When Ryan lost that Super Bowl it took something out of us & the city & we just started trying to regain our composure now Ryan just set us back again just like the Super Bowl over again.
