Hell yeah. This should make you much more excited about the stefanski hire knowing that if we got someone else we would lose a guy worth every penny he gets payed.
That’s awesome! the roster gets continuity, our talented rookie class won’t have to worry about elarning a new scheme, and Stefanski can basically focus on the offense knowing that he’ll have a Schwartz-type coordinator by his side
Amazing. The coaching continuity at that spot will be so good for all the young defenders we have.
Makes the hire better. Jeff is someone who can handle his job, and knows how to evaluate defensive talent.

Matt Ryan working hard to lock these guys down with all the open positions. Ulbrich coached the best defense we’ve had in long long time. Now time to get a good OC
Now we need a ST coach with a killer beard to complete the trifecta.
I’d rather have Stefanski and Ulbrich, than any combo of Harbaugh/Kubiak/McDaniel with no Ulbrich.
This is huge. Another year in Ulbrich’s system should have our guys eating on D, especially if we can add a few more pieces.

He did a good job. With Schwartz staying in Cleveland, this seems to be about as good as we could hope for the defense, especially if we can hold on to Nate Ollie.
Anyone knows if we keep our DLine coach as well? He was new this year and damn how much he impacted the team.

Stefanski growing on me our defense is good young players with a year of experience our offense was the problem and stefanski is a offensive guy we just gotta get the qb thing straight

Now imagine if we could get a great OC like a Daboll, or McDaniel and then next year a legit QB I feel
Like if we get these things a legit QB and OC we have a shot at the Super Bowl
Falcons have experienced lots of losing seasons with him on the staff. Kinda wish we had fully cleaned house. Plus once you look past the sack numbers, it’s not like we had a good defense.
I was happy we hired Ulbrich in the first place, and I’m pumped he’s sticking around, but it’s going to be SUCH a falcons moment if/when the defense next year turns out to be shit for no explainable reason
