I want Monken and Jim Leonhard. I think Monken ends up the OC. Giants need to be typing up Leonhard's DC contract. Denver will lose their next game. We need to be ready to sign him.
Sean McDermott defense was not good. Giving up 30+points just about every game these past years. Why would the Giants make him the DC

NOTHING BURGER! After 9 years as a HC, i don't see any HC taking a demotion of that level. Not McDermott, Not Tomlinson! Daboll would be a OC for ANOTHER team because he did only 4 years.

I think McDermott will stay a HC but I think if he did indeed want a DC job the Giants are the only real option that makes sense for him. Love to see what happens! GO BLUE
Jim Leonhard is a good choice, legit, McDermott will get an HC job. Pierce maybe, how about Schiano- he is in Rutgers, would make a heck of a hard nose DC.
