This morning his Wikipedia page listed him as the Falcons OL coach and said he was hired by Stefanski on January 18, 2026. I was like “hmmm”

Coming from a Titans fan here, dude is mad overrated. Our O line improved after he left with his son
If we had to replace Ledford this is the guy I’d want to replace him

Can we get his son in as OC
That’s the guy you want coaching OL.
Good hire by you guys.
Lol. Good luck.
Titans fan here. Good luck fellas. We gave that man total control over selecting his guys (both draft and free agency), and maybe it was just his son’s awful play calling or something, but our oline was trash. And then after we got him and his son out of the building, our line suddenly got a lot better. Could be a coincidence. I’m just saying, we we’re calling this guy things like “o-line Jesus” when we first hired him too, and it didn’t go well
Every Titan’s fan I’ve seen has talked nothing but bad things about this man. I even saw Cleveland fans mention how they’re oline was declining during his stay with them.
This feels like a dumb decision. Ledford was good and familiar with the players, managing to make our injury riddled offensive line good. Callahan is 70 years old and every Titan’s fan on the r/NFL subreddit has mentioned nothing except for the fact that he supposedly didn’t attend meetings and they’re oline improved after he left.
Admittedly, Stefanski will install a new scheme and Callahan is familiar with said scheme, but we will see. I don’t think this a slam dunk hire like seemingly everyone else in this post does.
No more excuses.
I’ve watched Bill Callahan for years here in TN. He is an awful choice. We have heard for years that the OLine is improved only to be close to the bottom of the league. His Lines have allowed a ton from sacks and turns into Swiss cheese.
Falcons fans will be calling for his firing soon.

My Titans friend hated this guy
I honestly think this means we’re probably gonna hire Brian as our OC or in some capacity.
Both are free agents and Bill probably has a desire to work with his son at his age. We could have announced Tommy Rees at any point by now. But we haven’t.

Now this is a move I can get behind
