[Flannery] I’m told #NJDevils defenseman Luke Hughes is consulting with his Colorado doctor. Earlier today, HC Sheldon Keefe told reporters in Edmonton it is going to take a bit to know the full extent of what he is dealing with.

  4. I think this year is chalked. I never want to tank im just being realistic. Shut Luke down and do whatever you need to so that hes able to train this summer and be at camp 100%. If fitz isnt getting fired i dont want him trading our 1st for the corpse of Schenn or Stamkos. If Dougie has to go, do it in the summer coming off a hopeful bounce back 2nd half of the year. Dougie is not washed to the point he should be a cap dump. We should get at least an NHL player back for him. Not to mention trading him now leaves Nemo as our only source of offense from the blue line.

    This year is cursed.

  17. Yeah he’s done for the season. Anytime a Hughes hurts their shoulder its worst possible news. At least our season is already a wash so it doesn’t really matter much.
