Keep Rex on TV. We have the stable clubhouse leader now, so let's hope they focus on young, energetic and bright football minds to build around.
The game has passed Rex plus he’s firmly in TV now. However Tyler Lindenbaum would be a great pick up.

Did Linderbaum miss any time over the last few years? For a 4 year commitment, we need him to be available.
Was surprised you didn't single out Ravens Punter Jordan Stout? He made the Pro Bowl Games this year for the AFC. He's a Free Agent coming off a Rookie deal and even the BEST punters' salaries pale in comparison to other positions in the grand scheme of things. He's young and would be a significant upgrade over Jamie Gillan and it would be an easy fix. Would flip the field and in turn help us play complimentary football. And remember, John Harbaugh's a Special Teas Guy. 😉 Moreover, if I had to pick three Ravens Free Agents to target, it would be Tyler Linderbaum, Jordan Stout and Isaiah Likely.
Linderbaum would be absolutely huge for this line.
Man, if we get Lindabaum and draft Mauigoa and a DT like Orange in 2nd we would have the best O Line and D Line in football

Jim Leonhard is the best option for DC. NFL player, plenty of experience coaching DBs and defensive passing game, led a strong pass defense with the Broncos, and had a Top 3 Run Defense in the country multiple times as the HC at Wisconsin. This is an easy decision if he'll come. They may need to make him Assistant HC to poach him, but he's worth putting that investment in and he's earned that trust
