I ordered the 25/26 pride night crew neck sweater from the Seattle Hockey team store website and it came in today. I was so excited I ordered the sweater and the T shirt. However, I opened the package and the image on the back of the sweater is not the unicorn logo that was advertised on the website. It has the same back image as the T shirt. I emailed the Team store email and am waiting to hear back. Did anyone else have this happen? I’m pretty disappointed I love the Unicorn logo. I’ve attached a picture of the sweater I received.

  2. Omg, that sucks! I just got mine and the unicorn is on the back as advertised. You should totally get a refund/replacement though, that’s definitely a misprint.

    I was kind of disappointed with the quality for the price, personally. I know it’s team merch so you pay a premium, but for $75 it was not as thick of a fabric as I would have liked. I didn’t check the sweatshirt, but the tshirt was just American Apparel, nothing special. At least some of it goes to charity.

  4. Curious if anyone snagged a t-shirt at the game.. was it also American Apparel? I’m wondering if the items ordered online are different (lower) quality than what is sold at the game.

  5. Update:
    The team store got back to me, they want me to send back the misprint, they send a shipping label for me to print and mail back the shirt and they will send the correct shirt. Would have been neat to keep the misprint too but I get it.

  6. I received mine on Fri the 16th and it has the unicorn logo. Looks like you maybe got sent the wrong one by mistake – hopefully they make it right for you.

  7. They straight up sent me the wrong thing. I ordered two of the sweaters and got the t-shirts instead.. waiting to hear back from customer service

  8. So far I’m at two returns for a misprinted short sleeve! Just initiated the second return and if the third shirt is just as egregious as the other two I’ll be initiating a refund. Pretty annoying imo
