   William Nylander (lower body) is still being evaluated per Craig Berube. No indication yet if it’s a short-term or long-term issue. Doubtful for Saturday’s game against Winnipeg

4. If they take Rielly straight up for Hamilton it is OK otherwise it is a hard NO!
   Just get someone cheap like Luke Schenn and see how it goes because this team can NOT trade assets away .
   Plus adding Andersson or Hamilton will NOT win a Cup this year anyways so why trade all our assets away as they have every year .

6. There’s a reason dougie Hamilton is constantly traded from teams. If he was good defensively or really good offensively they would keep him. He is not good, that’s why he’s always traded. We don’t need another Morgan Reilly.

15. The Leafs overpaid last year, but now the cupboard is bare. Danford looked good in preseason and could play come the playoffs with low cap hit like Knies. Rasmus is a free agent than make an offer. We also have some other ufa available cheaper with more bite.

Look at Montreal or Buffalo this year teams that have made real progress

27. When GMs know another GM is desperate, the value of any trade goes way up. Other GMs know the Leafs really really really want to make the payoffs. The Leafs will have to "overpay" to make a trade and they do not have much in the term of assets.
