ATL Sports Zone On Brian Schneider
Brian Schneider represents the steady-hand hire. Currently an assistant special teams coordinator for the Washington Commanders, Schneider previously served as Seattle’s full-time special teams coordinator for an entire decade (2010–2020). That type of tenure is almost unheard of in today’s NFL — and it speaks volumes about his reliability, discipline, and results. Schneider cut his teeth in an era where special teams were not just a supplementary unit but a true weapon. He understands momentum swings, coverage angles, blocking discipline, and the psychological edge special teams can provide.

  1. Stefanski scheme isn’t creative like the Ben Johnson or Kyle shanahan, but its videos he does have a Andy Reid kind of style when the browns had their best roster (2020) his scheme is quite effective and creative

  2. Kinda tired of so many complaining about the coaching hires. What exactly did some of you want? I think all hires made sense and have no reason to throw shade until I see the results

  3. Falcons hiring a head coach that totaled 8 wins, while drafting two rookie quarterbacks has to be the most Falcon thing ever to do. They don’t care what fans think for real. Can we be optimistic, yeah, but we constantly have gotten the same results for 10 years now. That’s crazy.

  4. A consulting firm and a former player turned TV analysts as the president of football and this is the best that we get. Yeah…there are some real smart guys running this organization. How in the helll do these two guys get a complete pass on what happened in Cleveland.

  5. The more things change, the more things stay the same. Once again, the Falcons head coach hires an OC based on friendship over ability. Thought after Morris, they would have learned their lesson. I should have known better
