Anyone know anything about Williams and Sproat? My knowledge about any non-Brewers player is pretty much zero lol
Not reading into the return yet but wow.
Peralta had his shortcomings with not going deep into games. But he will be a brewers legend forever, never missed games, always happy, had a huge year last season and when woodruff went down and burnes departed, stepped his game up.
It had to be done (sadly) this is how the brewers win and continue to win. We have the reigning GM of the year who knows his stuff. But it’s sad.
BREWERS LEGEND FOREVER

Williams is a Brewer through & through – small guy that appears to have a lot of positional versatility. I assume Sproat is a stud in the making if the Brewers were willing to move Freddy & another big league pitcher.
A pitcher and a, hopefully, big league ready infielder prospect
Sproat reads to me as Priester 2.0.
Jett either will replace Ortiz or be the CF of the future. Hes ready now.
Man it always hurts, but that feels like a pretty decent haul for a guy that wasn’t gonna be here next year.
Does Williams have the glove to stick at SS?
On question now is I’m assume Jett is going to play this year. So what does this do to Ortiz and Durbin?
God it sucks to lose Myers and Freddy. I’m proud of the both of them, especially Myers. He was a man bouncing around in the minors, but he came to the brewers and became something special
Much love for Freddy. Wishing him the best in New York!
Just looked at mets sub, and they are all happy with the trade. Damn… but gotta trust our FO
I’m not mad, because this is what we do. But it’s still depressing.
Freddy is a solid pitcher, but he will give up 2-3 runs before settling in
Man I wanted Peralta to become the franchise leader in strike zone. He was so close
Jett is a huge get!
Jett Williams is 5’7”
The short king era in Milwaukee is fully upon us.
I already miss Freddy. 🥹
🫡 thanks for the memories, Fastball Freddy
Great pitcher, great dude.
Looking forward to the next gen.
With Durbin at 3rd and Jett Williams at shortstop, might be the shortest left side of infield in mlb history.
Please don’t hate on me but Freddy in my opinion was just Ok. I know look at the stats and what not but every time he got on the mound in a big game he was not great, and could barely go 6 innings if that
Great step towards providing “a summer of entertainment and passion” but not to win a World Series.

Just fell to my knees in a Kwik Trip
Mets fan here. We’re happy but hate to see these guys go bc we’ve been excited about them for years. Sproat already has shown he is good. Jett always seemed to me like the next coming of Altuve.
Tobias Myers is second pitcher
I don’t think I’m ever going to get used to the gut punch when big names I’ve gotten attached over the years leave. I know it’s a business and such, still sucks.
Wish him all the best, still my favourite pitcher to watch! He will continue to be a mainstay in my Diamond Dynasty squad too!
Looks like Tobias Myers is part of the deal
Damn I like him as a Cubs fan. It’s one thing to lose to your rivals and whole another feeling to keep losing to them while they keep getting rid of their best players. Hope this year’s rival series will be as great as 2025

You Myers going back in the deal as well.
Fuck this hurts but the return is solid
