I’m not worried about Stefanski. He has a track record of being a good head coach that was dealt a brutal hand in Cleveland (as many posts here have pointed out).
I wonder how Matt Ryan will adjust to his role… Some former players really struggle with the transition to the front office, whether it’s not having direct control over the outcome of the game, or just not knowing how to function in more of a bureaucratic office environment. Others, John Lynch being probably the best example, seem to get it right away.
I believe in MR because of his leadership ability and his tireless preparation. Curious to see if that translates to evaluating talent and Hoping this hire is the first step toward some winning football and playoff appearances!
