  1. The Baltimore Ravens should've hired Mike McDaniel to be their new head coach before he took the offensive coordinator job with the Los Angeles Chargers

  2. ALL THE CHESS PIECES ARE THERE

The Baltimore Ravens 🐦‍⬛ need a coach that understands Lamar’s playstyle

The offensive coordinator need to mesh together with Lamar

Lamar needs to mesh together with the offensive coordinator

Both men need to talk seriously 😐 and work together

Lamar has 5 wide receivers a TE, and a dangerous running back

Maybe BUY 2 best wide receivers in the league that can make plays and make MORE PLAYS
Make more short plays, and long plays
I give 1 more shot at the Ravens 🐦‍⬛

  3. So, this is an upgrade over Harbaugh??? Not in any universe. Minter is getting his shot, wish him the best. Lamar will keep him from taking Ravens any further in playoffs than the first round.

  4. Ok. So the point it seemed like she was about to make about GB's QB philosophy (that she then just kinda skipped over) is that they flipped a lot of backups to other teams for draft picks during those Favre-Rodgers years. They weren't drafting a succession plan, that was how they acquired more picks. Keep in mind that Favre never missed a start, so it wasn't about drafting just in case. It was about drafting as a way of essentially creating new draft capital.
