  1. I’m sure this thread will contain unanimous agreement that they got it right and there will be no complaints.

  2. The “Jose Ramirez is underrated” movement has become so mainstream that it’s overcorrected and he’s slightly overrated now

  3. I would switch Cal and Soto and move Ramirez below Carroll.

    But overall pretty accurate list

  4. Pitchers are being undervalued here. No way there isn’t a single one in the top 5. Ohtani aside.

  5. I honestly can’t believe Skenes and Skubal are that low. They have both gotten the better of almost every hitter on this list more than the other way around.

  6. I love my goat but I would not put him above every single pitcher in the league, personally

  7. I know he had a monster postseason but Vlad was 36th in fWAR last season among position players alone. 10th feels a bit high.

  8. This feels a bit tough on Soto. But overall I can’t really see anything I think is egregious.

  9. Whyyyyy does MLB network insists on using the red background + red logo for the Dbacks. Looks like a blurry blob. They changed it for broadcasts mid season last year but now they’re back to it.

  10. Has there ever been a better player ranked #2 than Judge at the moment?

Maybe Randy Johnson during peak Bonds?

  11. The fact that Bo Bichette will be making more than most of these players

  12. Ronald Acuna gonna be back on that list next year.  Should be fun to watch this season.

  13. And Shohei’s annual salary is a tiny percentage of all these other guys. He’s a bargain!

  14. Juan Soto is better than Cal Raleigh and José Ramírez. Both of those guys are great, don’t get me wrong, but come on.

  15. This is a pretty good top 10, could argue a couple, surprised not to see Yamamoto on the list but nobody seems egregious

  16. I like how there are 10 different teams represented in the list. If you go to a game, there’s a 45% chance you get to see a certified stud take the field

  17. Vladdy seems like a bold prediction for top 10. His ceiling is definitely top 10, but I feel like he needs to do a 2021 or 2024, whereas a guy like Kyle Tucker or Ketel Marte are just as likely as Vlad to have an OPS+ over 140 but with other tools.
